Hang Tuff....

We just got back this weekend from racing at Byron Illinois (the playground of POWER!). The weekend was a pretty sad weekend in terms of racing for the TuffPaw Drag Racing Car. The dragster that normally runs pretty good (low 8's in the 1/4 mile) had some mechanical problems and Mike spent most of the weekend trying to figure out the problem. We had a lot of friends at the track and they all worked hard changing converters, cleaning out fuel lines, etc. and finally on the last day the car started to run correctly. But if racing was easy everyone would do it and everyone would win all of the time. I think at the track and in life you have to be able to roll with the punches and hang tuff. And even though the racecar was not cooperating, it was great spending time with all of our friends who were at the track. We also did sell a lot of aluminum products and lots of people can't believe how nice it is to have a place to store your stuff in the trailer.
